2 tablespoons granulated orange peel
2 teaspoons granulated coriander
1 teaspoons granulated garlic
1/2 teaspoon coarse salt
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
1/4 teaspoon allspice powder
1 pinch rosemary powder
Mix all ingredients. Sprinkle onto chicken, covering both sides, before placing in oven.
Yields 10 teaspoons Chicken spice mix.
I make 2 or 3 times this amount and keep it in a labeled jar in my spice cabinet, so it is ready when I want to use it.
