Seattle Eggcream (vegan, gluten-free)


vanilla soymilk
Lavendar soda, Dry brand
Chocolate syrup (read label to ensure no dairy)


Pick a glass the size of the drink you want. (example: 12 oz)
Fill it half way with Lavendar soda. (about 6 oz)
Add almost the same amount of soymilk (about 5 oz)
Add chocolate syrup to taste (less than a tablespoon)
Stir with a spoon till all mixed

Serving Information:

Single serving


NOTE 1:  An "eggcream" is a drink without egg and without cream.  The (New York City) original was made from whole milk, chocolate syrup, and seltzer water from a pressurized selter container.
