Ingredients:
1/3 cup granulated orange peel (2.4 oz)
2 tablespoons granulated coriander (.7 oz)
1 teaspoon coarse salt (.1 oz)
1 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon granulated garlic (.1 oz)
1/2 teaspoon allspice powder
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 pinch rosemary powder
Instructions:
Mix all ingredients. Sprinkle onto chicken, covering both sides, before placing in oven.
Serving Information:
Yields 2/3 cup Chicken spice mix.
Notes:
NOTE 1: I make 2 or 3 times this amount and keep it in a labeled jar in my spice cabinet, so it is ready when I want to use it.
