Keto Hot Cocoa

Ingredients:

1 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
1/4 cup organic cocoa powder
2 teaspoons butter
2 teaspoons MCT oil
1 teaspoon liquid stevia
optional spices:  cinnamon, nutmeg


Instructions:

In a small pot, heat 3/4 of a cup of almond milk.
Add in the cocoa powder and stir until smooth and thoroughly mixed.
Do not boil.  Heat until just simmering.
Add in liquid stevia, MCT oil, and butter and mix.
When smooth, add remaining nutmilk.


Serving Information:

Yields 1.5 cups strong hot cocoa, 2 servings.
