Keto Tahini Cabbage Dressing (vegan, gluten-free)

Ingredients:

2/3 cup toasted tahini (Jovya brand is recommended)
1/4 cup toasted sesame oil
1 teaspoon ground caraway seeds
1/2 teaspoon sea salt
up to 1 teaspoon liquid stevia drops (optional)


Instructions:

Mix till smooth.
Serve now or refridgerate until needed.


Serving Information:

Yields 1 cup dressing, about 3 servings.


Notes:

NOTE 1:  Goes especially well with shredded cabbage.  Add optional peeled, sliced cucumber, olives, and/or avocado.
